PromoStock is an unlimited, flat rate artwork and design service exclusively for Promotional Products Distributors, Suppliers and Decorators.

Yes, we truly mean it! You can send us as many artwork requests as you like and we will process them one by one in a queue for you as fast as humanly possible.

Yes, you can. We work by a queuing system thus we'll process each artwork request individually and will move to the next request only once the current one is 100% completed.

We follow US Eastern Standard Time. Our hours of operation are 8AM to 4PM, Monday thru Friday. We are closed on the weekends and US Federal Holidays only.

Yes, you can! A sales representative and your client manager will always be available for a call. Just drop them a message or an email.

Artwork & Design Workflow

You can submit artwork redraw, digitizing embroidery and virtual requests. Our unlimited graphic plan includes general designs you need for Branding, Marketing, Communication, Print, Packaging and Merch.

We aim for 12-24 hours delivery time for Artwork and Embroidery Services and 2-3 business days delivery time for Creative Graphic Design Services.

Though our designers are promo-experienced, there may be a case when an artwork or design will not work for you. Just contact us and we will submit a correction or a revision request for you.

Yes, you can. We try to provide as many versions as possible, under given scope and timeline selected. If you need a specific no. of versions, do mention it while submitting your request.

Normally we work on first in, first out workflow. If you need some artwork or design before the last submitted request, contact us and we will rearrange your queue.

We understand that not every request can be planned for. That's why we do our best to accommodate rush requests when they arise.

All our designs are custom-made, created from scratch according to your submitted request, defined expectations and aligned with your branding. We do not work from templates.

Once delivered, you have the 100% ownership of all original source files created for your project.

Subscription

PromoStock offers affordable, yet flexible packages which includes features like Unlimited Requests & Revision, Dedicated Account Manager etc. Here’s how they differ:
  • PAY FLAT UNLIMITED: One Active Request at a time
  • PAY FLAT LIMITED: 1 Daily Active Request
  • PAY PER REQUEST: As and when required

PromoStock operates via a subscription model. To receive the benefits of submitting unlimited artwork and design requests, a membership is required.

We operate on a 30-day cycle and will be billed on the same day that you signed up from the previous month.

At the moment we exclusively accept PayPal as a method of payment.

Yes, each such business can be a ‘Brand’. Create a brand for clients, products, multiple businesses, or use it to categorize and organize your design projects.

Of course, you can! Our services come with no contracts which means you can switch, upgrade/downgrade as you wish!

Cancellations & Refunds

Definitely not! There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. Feel free to cancel at any time and return at any time.

Unfortunately no! We understand that your art and design needs can change from time to time, and this is why we make it possible for you to cancel at any time.

To access any old artwork or design, please contact us and we will provide it right away! We archive source files for 30 days post project or order completion.
